hi, the backsplash in the Fairfield Kitchen is Marble, and was trimmed from the countertop slabs.

The backsplash I think you are referring to is the wall; I think it's shiplap (or similar). The marble backsplash mentioned is the 3-4 inch piece above the countertop.
