We were looking for an architect that was innovative, professional, and detail oriented. Bertin Radifera's group was exceptional. We wanted an agency that would advocate for us, not the construction company. That is what we got! He worked closely with us, a designer, a structural engineer and a construction company to develop a comprehensive and frequently updated set of plans. The job included the installation of a three story elevator in an existing 28 year old home. He provided us with 3 unique options - each with their own merits! We knocked out walls on 2 floors, opened up a living, dining and sun room for greater use and flow, and constructed a new master suite including enlarging the master bath, building a new walk in closet, and re-configuring a hallway and sitting room. Structural details were stellar. Not only is Mr Radifera a well credentialed architect, he also has experience as a kitchen and bath designer - his insights were a tremendous asset. The final product is stunning; the house has a wonderful open concept on two levels. We transitioned from a traditional eastern home to a transitional, well edited, showcase for our collection of western art. Mr Radifera saw the project from start to finish (5 months). His communication style was timely, professional and personable; prices imminently reasonable; attention to detail excellent. We highly recommend this firm.
