We asked for a wine bar and that's exactly what we received. Loved the quality, the soft-close doors and fun spirits pull out drawer. The project was based on our design and was done within the timeline promised. Note: We had to work with a separate painter, glass and granite suppliers, but Distinctive Wood Crafts made good recommendations, especially for the painter.

Distinctive Wood Crafts designed and built a custom home office for our home. Sonny and his assistant carpenter, Ryan, were fantastic to work with! Sonny was very patient with us in designing a totally custom home office and the results are exactly what we wanted. The quality is amazing and we couldn't be happier!

I can't say enough good things about Sonny and Claire at DWoodcrafts! We did a kitchen remodel 3 years ago and had Sonny build our custom European styled cabinets. I still find myself staring at them even 3 yrs later! The quality of the build and installation are second to none. Sonny helped fine tune our design with some great ideas, helped keep it in our budget and nailed the custom fit to our kitchens dimensions down to the centimeter. I would recommend Distinctive Woodcrafts without hesitation. We recently built a pipe and flange desk/shelving unit for our living room and had Sonny make the Dark Walnut shelves for us, and of course they came out beautiful. Wish I could post pics!

We've using Distinctive on two kitchens, and both turned out great, the wood veneers have held up great, and we love the quality for the price - especially since we have had a bunch of custom sizes and unique layout issues that only custom solutions would have worked, and Sonny worked through everything we wanted. It can take some time to work through the design process, but it's worth the wait when it comes to getting what you want.

Their work is beautiful, and they can support any design aesthetic. - They stand behind their work - much more so than most. If you need additional shelves, adjustments after the job, or need to overcome any challenges during the job, they will not leave you hanging and will help you find a solution. - They do not do the finishing or painting on the cabinets but can recommend people that do, and will hold them accountable for the job. - they finished the work on schedule and, based on all the other bids I got, were very reasonable, especially for custom cabinets. I used Distinctive Wood Crafts for a large residential project in 2011. Large modern kitchen with 16ft island, 5 bathrooms, pantry, and entertainment center. I brought them my ideas and pictures from magazines and Sonny drew up plans and executed everything to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the entire process.
