Profile Doors were one of the very best contractors I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Bill was knowledgeable, professional and really personable. As was his co-worker/painter, Ronnie. Bill made sure everything was on schedule right from our first meeting to the final installation. Ronnie did a wonderful and complete priming and painting job on all the cupboard sides and frames and even re-did some areas that he wasn't happy with. Within two weeks, Bill brought and installed the new doors, did some extra work on a couple of trouble spots on the old frames (one, fairly major) and even fixed a shelf that kept falling - NO extra charge for anything. He also passed his discount on the hardware onto me. I LOVE my kitchen (and my bathroom vanity) now! These two fellows were amazing. I would recommend (and already have) Profile Doors to anyone. Bill and Ronnie were total professional and worked with the other trades seamlessly .After seeing our job a neighbor also had his kitchen done by Profile and was also happy. Bill and his coworker were the best renovations experts we have ever used. We bought a twenty year old house with no window in the kitchen so consequently it was always dark. We decided to change our kitchen to white and hired Bill to replace our cupboard doors. From the moment we hired Profile Doors we know we had done the right thing because in checking one of his previous clients she told us this was the best job they had ever had done. We found our experience with Bill to be exactly the same. He and his worker were extremely polite but more importantly exceptionally clean and tidy. After the job was done I realized there was a small area above the microwave which was open and could use a piece of fill in. Bill told us he would only be in our are in about two weeks and so we put it in our back pocket never expecting to see them again. But sure enough they showed up two weeks later and finished an area which wasn't really a part of the job. To say we are more than satisfied is an understatement. We got a beautiful white kitchen at almost two thousand dollars less than the nearest competitor and we couldn't be happier. We would not ever hesitate to recommend Bill and Profile Doors.

I had been looking for someone who could refinish my kitchen cabinets for a long time. My kitchen is of a good quality, but was approaching 15 year old. Not all of my cabinets were damaged, only ones with heavy use like water damage on the door fronts, especially the sink and island, and the lip of the drawer fronts. I did not want to change the colour or finish on them as I loved the existing colour, they just needed a refresh. I was told by several companies that to match the colour was almost impossible and they couldn't guarantee it. I did not want the newly finished doors and drawers to come back a different colour to the side panels which could obviously not be removed. When I found Profile Doors, they assured me that they send off a sample for the 97% stain match. I was sceptical as my research had told me this was not possible! I asked for references of people they had already done work for. I rang two and they said what a wonderful job this company did, so I decided to go ahead. They came to give me a quote and advice on the job. They were fantastic, even offering to get the hardware for me at a discount (shame I'd already bought it). They recommended that I have all the doors and drawers done even though I really only wanted the worn ones done. They explained that even though the others still looked good, they would show against the newly refinished ones and would age differently. I agreed and I'm glad I did. They came to take off all the doors and drawers, carefully wrapping and labelling each one. It took two weeks, but when they came back and put up the new ones, I was so pleased. They looked fantastic, just like new from the factory and the colour matched perfectly. You could see how well each door and drawer had been striped, sanded, stained and top coated with factory quality finish (baked on). I couldn't be more pleased with the result and the service that I recieved. Bill is a contractor who takes pride in the finished job and excellent customer service.
