His installation team are friendly and efficient. I had schedule the install when our house had some rough construction going on. The install team quickly stated that they were not going to install because there was to high of risk of the window treatments to get damaged and dirty. I really appreciated their honesty and that they cared about our investment in window treatments. Rescheduling was no problem and they didn't charge me an reschedule fee.
