We had a really great experience with One Touch Automation. They are very popular/busy so getting started took awhile. Once in the pipeline however the work was very timely and excellent. Jeff Rogers, who did our estimate was very friendly and helpful, I can’t say enough good things about Gary Stahl who carried out our installation. Gary has a very calm, efficient manner, is an excellent communicator and a delight to be around. He helped us with some decision making when some changes in the project needed to be made. Due to his breadth of knowledge he was able to problem solve some additional issues for us that was very helpful. We will definitely be using them again for our communication needs and would recommended them very highly

I am a custom home builder and have been building since 1973. I have been using Ryan with One-Touch Automation, Inc. for over 6 years and his work is superior to other audio companies I have used in the past. Ryan has always made himself available 24/7 if I have a question or need help. We recently were in a homearama in Westfield Indiana along with 8 other builders and the theater and audio work One-touch Automation did at our homearama house was definitely superior to the job other audio/video companies did for the other 8 builders. I was amazed at how easy it was to work with Ryan. Easy is just the start. After my system was installed, using it was even easier. I was delighted with One-Touch and would recommend them to anyone. I had a home theatre installed as well as a Savant control system. I drive into the garage and press a button and the door goes up and specific lights come on around the house. I hired One-Touch to install several Lutron drapery controllers and a Lutron Radio Ra2 system. Their professionalism and knowledge got the job done quickly and efficiently. Two years later and the systems work like a charm.
