UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS ESTATE This new architectural project by Garret Cord Werner Architects & Interior Designers features steel post and beam construction with floor to ceiling glass. A large Koi Pond with a large rock waterfall creates a commanding entrance. Water is a key feature in this homes design from the entry ponds to the infinity cascading pools and spa to the ocean view beyond. The water creates a dynamic experience with reflection of light both day and night. The interiors expose the buidling materials of wood, concrete, & steel - all elements that both provide intrinsic strength and beauty.
