Better fabric makes a difference. Greencorner sources material from leading manufacturers, such as Sunbrella, who specialize in outdoor fabrics. This 100% acrylic marine-grade fabric is first created using a solution-dying process, which locks color into the fibers to prevent washout and fading. The fabric is then assembled into each canopy using 5-thread stitching, creating extremely durable seams that won't fray over time. Both the fabric and thread are chosen for their high resistance to outdoor elements, and our canopies are backed by a five year limited warranty.

All mahogany components are coated with layers of marine varnish, protecting the wood from degradation due to sunlight and moisture, and a protective sleeve at the foot of the pole guards against scratches.
Greencorner manufactures its hardware components from low-carbon, marine-grade stainless steel. This exceedingly durable steel adds to the umbrella's structural integrity while preventing rust and unsightly white corrosion or pitting often seen on unfinished aluminum umbrellas.
