This busy household needed space for hosting barbeque get-togethers, built-in storage for children's toys and designated spaces for growing vegetables. The decked area provides access to the garden and resolves level changes. Three distinct areas were created with pebble set steps and sleeper edging, featuring inset vintage glass marbles from the client’s own collection. The rest of the garden was simply planted, around a softly shaped lawn , with a wooden pergola and bespoke bench sited at the bottom of the garden to take advantage of sunny days.
