Another product of the fabulous fifties: the Zenith Long Distance S-58040 Tube Radio, Model K731! But don't judge a book by its cover, and don't be fooled into thinking you are getting a working vintage radio. Although this is an authentic Zenith S-58040 that was manufactured in Chicago in the 1950s, I have repurposed it to store your most secret stuff. Looking absolutely normal on the outside, you can remove the back panel to reveal that I have gutted the electronics and upholstered the interior.
Use it to store old love letters, extra cash, jewelry, mementos or even... well, you get the picture. Leave it out so you can appreciate the retro cool look and rest assured that only you will know what hides inside.
This beautiful tabletop radio with wood cabinet has been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Other than a few minor wear marks and an indent on the wood top, the piece is in very good vintage condition. The cloth grill is excellent.
