Olga Adler It is 132". We could not find the ready- made solution so I designed these work stations using standard drawer units topped with a custom work space top.
Three desks in one--each divided by a filing cabinet to keep clutter at bay. A raw and cheap version of this could be an old door (under $20 used) over custom-painted filing cabinets.
One way to establish a shared zone is to focus it on an activity - like homework (the chalkboard above has a similar function). In this room, the shared space offers lots of storage, too - an extra bonus.
