In this project, we respected a classic Sear pre-cut home by adding to the side that would impact the least on the existing facade. This in-law set up was wedge into existing zoning regulations so the result was an intimate rail-car design which shared the renovated kitchen with the main house. This project would also modify the entry to create "the world's greatest mudroom."
