Patti Sills Thank you Mr Clark. You have lovely and unique style. Don't go out of your way to find this piece, although it does seem that I've been looking for that size and style for quite some time to no avail. I want it for a small guest bathroom and would prefer an oil rubbed bronze and glass, but this is close and stylish.
Everything in this photo works on a classic level but what really caught my eye was the side table of accessories, and the old-school bar soap on the sink. All the photos in this idea book beautifully show off well-designed bathrooms, but sometimes we forget people actually need to use them, not just look at them. This is simply and tastefully done.
I just love how the tile work is purposely interrupted by the integrated tile-framed mirror. Many times, we complete bathrooms, then hunt for the perfect mirror. In this case, the mirror was part of the plan from the beginning and was incorporated beautifully into the architectural details.
This pedestal sink is an excellent in this tiled powder room, but offers very little counter space for soap, towels, and other guest amenities. The simple metal side table is the perfect solution. Its height makes it feel tucked out of the way, but still convenient for guests to access towels, soaps and lotion.
Morocco is known for its gorgeous handmade zellige tile. Here is a contemporary translation that is just stunning. The teal and orange tile feature geometrics and the Moorish star.
Unfortunately I am unable to locate this table information. It was a stylist find.
I will however keep looking!
Best,
Lee
