Unique artisan made carpet from recycled 1950s wool blankets, designed by Tejo Remy & Rene Veenhuizen in 2007, in collaboration with Dutch textile artist Tanja Smeets. A colourful and soft carpet to oppose cold, anonymous and grey institutional environments. The first in this series of carpets was designed for epileptic children to cheer up their surroundings. Every carpet is handmade over a week and different in shape and colour, in a design that evokes a cross-section of the brain.
