Modern Bathroom, Baltimore
This is a "DURING" picture. The new tub has been set as "durock" concrete tile backer board is installed. In order to save time, money, and cut down on the mess created, the customer chose to have the new tile floor installed directly over top of the existing floor tile. This is something that I rarely do, and it can only be done if the existing floor tile has no cracked tiles or grout.(Any cracked or missing grout would indicate a weak subfloor)
Small 8'x7' Bathroom Remodel
This was a very simple remodel; to replace the small shower stall with a tub/shower, and to give the bathroom a face lift. The shower area was gutted and re-framed and new plumbing was installed and relocated. An "Americast" tub was installed and the walls were finished with the same 12" porcelain tile used on the floor. A new vanity with granite top and undermount sink was installed, and all other fixtures and accessories were replaced with new.
