Room is perfect! Built ins perfect for the stuff your storing (small drawers for bits and pieces, shelves with jars for tiny bits, shelves with fabric neatly filed, full height doors with large fabric bolts, bars for paper rolls and ribbon, countertop caddies for most used items.) I'd add bookplates with labels for the drawers, and I love the slat system. I'd have a sewing area with my machines on one side and small drawers on the bottom for all the bits, and shelves above for fabric. A computer area with all my office stuff in front of the window and filing cabinets, shallow drawers for accessories. A printer and paper storage and cutters next to it on one side of the computer, a little wrapping station on the other, and a big table in the middle, counter height, with a couple of rolling stools
