This collection was inspired by classic furniture designs of the early 20th century by iconic architects such as Breuer, Aims, Bauhaus, and Knoll. Characteristics of those designs were simplistic clean and functional. Void of embellishments or ornamentation. The pieces in the collection are basically clean wooden boxes suspended and supported with straps and frames of metal resulting in a bold, clean and sophisticated look. Hidden drawers add to the simplistic appearance. The collection has a writing desk and chair with working file cabinet on hidden casters. The collection includes an end table with exposed adjustable shelves and another with hidden storage drawer. The entertainment console has swing out sections on each end for CD, DVD, game storage and additional storage behind two sliding doors. A hand rubbed low sheen sandy brown finish is applied to quarter sawn oak. The metal straps are finish in a plated black nickel.
