ajaubrey I have this floor in my laundry room and it is so easy to maintain......I just run a vacuum over it once a week. I wash with a damp mop about 4 times a year! Looks fabulous!

dagwilde Over time, you should probably re-seal the floor. From personal experience, the grout can eventually become dark - even with regular cleaning.
