Terrible, stay far away from Allscape. This company did not properly blow the water out of my lines, which caused a pipe to burst in the Spring. They fixed the pipe, but then it burst again 3 weeks later. Nick Boyle, the owner of the company, was extremely rude and unprofessional an refused to take responsibility for his poor workmanship. I'd give negative stars if possible.

Allscape Landscaping was contracted to start up an irrigation system and repair two irrigation lines/stations that were leaking, which was paid in full upon completion for a total of nearly $600. The technician arrived around 12:10pm and began working on the system (my appointment was at 11:00am). The technician completed the job at 3:10pm was paid and left. Around 3:45pm, I turned on the system to one of the lines that was supposed to be repaired and it was leaking heavily. I contacted Allscape immediately and left a message to inform them that the line was still leaking heavily. Allscape was again contacted the next day and Nick answered and stated that the another service call fee would be charged along with labor and parts for the repair to be completed because this was a new leak not dependent on the work done. I tried to work with him offering to pay for parts alone. Nick was extremely argumentative and unprofessional in speaking with me - placing the blame on me. Allscape was not willing to come out without being paid more money for service and labor costs, which would have cost at least another $130! Nick insisted this was not a warranty issue on the work already completed. Allscape Landscaping was contracted and paid to fix a leak that was not properly fixed rendering the work I paid for useless. They obviously did not test the line after the repairs. I understand mistakes happen but they should have simply come out and finished fixing the line without additional service and labor charges. I could understand if more parts costs were needed but Nick was not willing to admit they did not properly repair the line - he insisted that it was working fine upon completion. That would be impossible as I tested it just half an hour after the repairs and the leak was huge! They also falsified the time it took to complete the work done as they were at the residence for three hours and not four as was documented on the invoice. Additionally, Allscape cost me $300 of electrical work for an electrician to troubleshoot their improper installation of the pump's electric box. I would stay away from this company.
