We had John and his A-N-D team renovate two bathrooms and our laundry room this summer and I cannot say enough great things about them. John is very knowledgeable and is easy to work with. He communicated with me very well throughout the entire process and kept everything running smoothly. He and his team worked tirelessly to ensure our projects were completed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. We highly recommend using them for any home renovations you have in mind. We look forward to using them again in the future!

John and his A-N-D Team were very hard working. The project included updating floors/walls in bedrooms and a kitchen update. Generally speaking, they stayed on schedule. Each crew took pride in their work and if work needed correcting they took care of it. I recommend, as with all contractors, the review of every detail to help minimize any surprises or misunderstandings. I've worked with several contractors in the DFW area and John Munoz and his A-N-D Team was one of the best.

John was very professional and easy to work with. He was always available through text or email or a phone call. He stayed calm throughout the process of renovating our kitchen and adding a gas line to our house. (I was not always calm but he made me feel relaxed and informed me of every step of the process). He was very fair in his pricing and helped us be smart with where we spent our money. His was here when his subcontractors came to the house and kept the job moving to stay within the timeframe.

I hired A-N-D Construction after a job was completed a few doors down from my house. We have lived in our home since it was built 44 years ago. The interior and exterior have gone through a few incarnations over the years, but the past 6 years we let it go as my husband is ill although I did update part of the interior a year ago. It was past time to work on the outside. The owner of the company is hands on, always responsive to any call or concern. That would be outstanding on its own. I should know. I contracted the interior updates myself. What I soon found as the work started is that Mr. Munoz who owns and runs this company, has the best sub-contractors I have ever encountered and in the 80's I worked for a builder and dealt with subs. The exterior has been repaired and repainted, masonry repairs done, and the front porch and walk as well as the patio have been resurfaced. Presently, I'm considering updating my kitchen completely and when that occurs, A-N-D will do it. I cannot adequately compliment this outfit enough, but if you need honesty, problem solving, and complete confidence in the company you use to work on your residence or business location, A-N-D is A+++!

John has done multiple projects for us. The first was a complete gutting of a 1960's home with complete updates in every room. Another project was a covered outdoor living space with stamped/stained concrete. Most recently he tore down a patio, raised the slab, and added a whole new room and mudroom/dog room where the previous patio had been. John is a man of his word, his estimates have always been accurate, he is fair, trustworthy, and his workers are neat, clean, and high quality. John comes to the site often, communicates all the time, checks to make sure things are how we want them, and is agreeable about changes when we wanted to go a different direction or didn't like the paint we had chosen. He makes it work to our satisfaction. His work is high quality. I highly recommend him for every home renovation, construction project, room addition, or even large landscape projects. He has crews that do it all! I can't speak highly enough of him. And if you have difficulties picking out the right shade of paint from the millions available, his wife is very helpful. :)
