Mikol Maitland and Andy Attolini are partners in ArchTerra Design Studio's. They did an outstanding job from concept to design to management of our project. We have a lot on a hillside overlooking the Sea Of Cortez in the Baja of Mexico. Our challenge to them, was to create a home for our large family and friends that had few steps ("please give us a home suited for toddlers and old people") ....while maintaining the courageous views of the sea and golf course.....they achieved this and more. Construction began on January 15, 2013 and was completed and ready for us to spend Christmas 2013 there! Need I say more about the management of our project . In addition to the excellent, management, it was a pleasure working with them. They created a professional and very pleasant atmosphere and partnership between we, the owners, and the contractor and his team. I am a professional interior designer and have worked with many architects during my long career. I give them my strongest recommendation. Our family and friends are "blown away" by the end result. The shadows reflect differently on each area to give you a completely different feeling and atmosphere. We are comfortable with 2 people or 20 or a party for 100 due to the design.
