Bernhardt Building constructed my home in Jupiter, Florida. John Berhardt and his team of professionals and assisitants did an outstanding job in every aspect of the construction from start to finish. It's been four years since I moved into our house, and I'm still very appreciative of the detail and workmanship that are evident throughout the home as a result, in large part, of Berhardt's attention to detail and expertise in all aspects of the project. Berhardt is truly a "custom" bulider who aims to please and worked wih me and my wife tirelessly to make sure our dream home was completed exactly the way we wanted. Bottom line, it's "old school" dedicated service from this company that's very hard to find any more, and Bernhardt Building & Remodeling gets my highest grade and reccommendation, and I will use the company again in the future for my renovation, remodeling and construction needs.

Well how can you rate perfection. John and his associates were all top shelf. They knocked down our house and rebuilt us a home that dreams are made of. The only problem I had is when the job was finished they all left. I thought for certain one of them would at least move in for a year or so. I would recommend therm to anyone that would listen long enough. I also know that that they have done other work in my development and all my neighbors were just as thrilled. He is always listening to what you have to say and helps you to fine tune any and all decisions,, I can not say enough about our working relationship. And George his right arm is a gem. I have nothing but extensive praise for Bernhardt Building & Remodeling and it's owner, John Bernhardt. We were inexperienced and nervous with the process of renovating our wood frame home in Boca Raton. We were frustrated with the HOA and Boca City regulations that needed to be satisfied. We were anxious about exceeding budget and the disruption of our busy family lifestyle during the process. We 'added' and 'amended' our ideas along the way and John was patient and accommodating. John was honest and fair in his bidding and billing. He helped us navigate the necessary regulations and codes. John and his crew were hard working, respectful and professional in our home. We added an 800 sf ' Game Room ' with French doors, an outdoor Gazebo with kitchen and extended our outdoor patio to enhance the outdoor Florida living. It is beautiful and exactly what our family envisioned. We have since sold this home with John's work being the highlight of the buyer's needs.
