I called Beth out of the blue for a VERY SMALL JOB (replacing a toe plate) and she could not have been any nicer. She went out of her way (travel time 1 hour) to see the problem in person and recommended the most reasonable fix. She also gave me an estimate on several future kitchen upgrades. The part we needed arrived promptly and was perfect. I can't say enough good things about Beth's professionalism and kindness. What a refreshing experience!
