Elle is such a professional - especially knowing this is our families first experience with a designer. We are typical DIY'ers, but life has changed for us (children, new house and both work) - that we are very limited with the time we can commit to a large scale project, like a kitchen. So to mitigate the time for design, we are consulting with Elle on what works in our new space and what we are able to tackle on our own. Elle has put us at ease, truly listening and getting to understand our lifetsyle (needs, wants and wishes) - and then asking those detailed questions - that do not naturally come to mind. The resulting response is - "I didnt even consider that... or this.... " Our experience thus far has been great!
