Erin Green

Erin is wonderful as a desigbn consultant and project manager. I worked with Erin on a new home build with our mutual clients in 2018. She was on top of the project from start to finish.

First let me say that words won’t fully be able to describe everything that Erin has done for us. My wife and I bought a condo that needed a complete renovation. It had been rented for a while, then vacant for at least a year, and had been sitting on the market for a long time. Fate introduced us to right realtor, who recommended an awesome flooring guy, who recommended Erin. I’m not a handy person and live 8 hours away, so I badly needed someone to be our lead locally and oversee things. Erin was the perfect fit for us! After some initial meetings, photos shared, and ideas from Erin once she got used to our tastes, Erin became Wonder Woman. She gave us scaled drawings, website links, and often went by to take measurements and photos when we weren’t in town. She recommended contractors, then oversaw their work and had them come back if something wasn’t completed to her standards. When she presented furniture and decorating ideas, she learned to send me pictures of how everything will look all together (because my wife can do that in her head - I need to see it!). I quickly learned to trust her judgement - she knows what she’s doing! She also saved us money by looking around for the best prices on the items we needed to purchase - and we needed everything! We essentially replaced the flooring, lights, electrical, painted walls & ceilings, bought furniture, linens, dishes, decorations, and more. Erin thought of the smallest details such as place mats & napkins and salt.& pepper shakers. Our goal was to get the work scheduled, things ordered and assembled, and everything completed in 6 weeks. She did it! There’s no way we could have done all of this in the timeframe it was done, with the professionalism in which it was done, and have it look as wonderful as it does without Erin Green. We trust her completely and thank her every day for creating our Happy Place!

Erin is not only a wonderful designer, she's an exceptional person. I could not have completed my home design without her. She captured my vision and directed me when necessary. She made this project (that otherwise could have been stressful without her), a breeze. From meeting with me all times of day and night and completing my shopping, to providing me recos for additional sub-contractors, Erin went out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied. No project is too big or too small for Erin. My rental property is now an INVESTMENT property because of her. I am eternally grateful.

We recently built a new house, and were completely overwhelmed with all of the design decisions we had to make. After making several trips to Lowe's and Home Depot to look at lighting, we left there only more confused and frustrated. In my opinion, two of the very biggest areas of decisions you will make is paint colors, and lighting. It is extremely intimidating. We made an appointment with Erin. After meeting with us, and getting a feel for the design of the home, she immediately began making the absolutely most perfect lighting selections we could have asked for. It was wonderful! Their prices are very reasonable, and when you consider you get a personal designer to go with it, the value is priceless. We cannot than Erin enough for her help. She is great at what she does! We always recommend Tallahassee lighting when anyone mentions making lighting choices for their home! Hands down, 100% worth every dime. Erin for president :)

Erin helped us select lighting for the home we are building. She was extremely knowledgable of products. She quickly understood our style and was able to show us selections that we liked and that were in our price range. She was very patient with our many changes, met with us multiple times and redid quotes repeatedly, all with grace and good humor. We worked with Erin on a new construction Pool Cabana and a kitchen remodel within the past year. Erin's expertise and knowledge was evident as we went through the planning and selection process. She listened to and respected our likes and dislikes and guided us throughout the process. We couldn't be happier with how our projects turned out.

Erin has been incredible to work with, Super speedy service, Professional Advice and her recommendations were awesome. Building a new home is a huge project, Erin made it fun, and easy. My most favorite is getting the email the same day, with all the lighting fixtures attached, room by room and the estimate....

Erin assisted us with our lighting needs. She was very thorough, helpful and creative in her choices and respected our budget. The interior turned out perfect!

Erin was spot on when she mentioned the coach lamps I picked out for the Garage were a bit small. She suggested the larger model but I knew what I wanted and they looked big enough to me in the show room. Well sure enough Erin was right, once installed the lights were way too small even though my house is not that big. I used those lights on a back porch and upgraded to the larger lanterns for the garage. What a big difference that made. Thank you Erin.

Erin Green helped me to choose all the lighting fixtures for the new house we built. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable and helpful. She spent hours with me going over they type and kinds of lights and fans that I needed. She respected my taste and listened to what I liked but gave me her professional opinion as well.
