Fabrica Fine Flooring

Purchased the "Coffee Bean" hardwood floor for our new place and installation was completed in 2021 June. Come 2021 December, floor panels started to get warped. It has become so bad I stubbed my toes in 2022 February. Called floor installers and they came out to inspect the floor for moist damages or what not. Found total 3 areas where floor was warped so bad, and through the inspection of the remaining material, discovered that even the unused materials were severely warped. The floor installer informed me that they will open a claim, but haven't hear back from the manufacturer for more than 4 months. 4 months? Now it's summer and due to the high humidity the warps has been somewhat lessened. Very expensive, horrible le none responsive customer services. I would NEVER use this brand every again. And I have informed my friends not to do so as well.
