I originally had considered a different print, but it was not available in the size that I needed, so I found this one as an alternative. The framed picture looks great, the colors are true to the website depiction. I cannot wait until my room is completed so I can hang it up. It's going to complete the look that I was going for.

I ordered a larger size gallery canvas of Thomas Jefferson. The picture I received looks like he has a horrible sunburn. The photo on their website looked great. Normal skin, with a little ruddiness. My son said he looked like he was drunk when this was painted. Their customer service is terrible when I inquired if this was normal or not. Basically the answer was yes, deal with it. I could send it back at a high cost to me, as shipping it to begin with was expensive. I'll keep Mr. Jefferson, but will NEVER do business with Fulcrum Gallery again!

What they don't explain clearly about their return policy is you have to pay all shipping costs ( shipping costs for the picture sent to you and the shipping costs to return the picture). I recently returned a large 46×34 picture because the quality was horrible -- it looked like a bad photo copy of the painting, colors were out of focus and fuzzy. I paid $272 and they returned $132.

Unprofessional customer service. They handled my order for a beveled mirror terribly. I received a damaged mirror, and then was told that the replacement mirror that they sent out would have to be followed up by me with UPS when it was not delivered. I requested a refund after several attempts with UPS to track the package. Fulcrum Gallery was obviously not interested in ensuring that their customer receive the product that they paid for.
