Global floors put in our new 7" oak flooring. The facts are the following: the wood had excessive shrinkage and now the putty put in the spaces of shrinkage is coming out after finishing of less than 6 months, they damaged our cabinets in the process, put floors in the space where our screen for the sliding glass door to the patio would go, over sanded areas and had to replace boards and under sanded areas where other subcontractors had left minor stains (despite noting that these would need to be corrected), there are hairs and dirt in the finish coating and our vents are stuck in the open position PERMANENTLY.... we have been stood up twice to address these problems and our multiple phone calls are now being completely ignored. You may save up front but YOU WILL PAY LATER!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK!! We will be hiring a more reputable company to correct all of the problems we are experiencing with the hope that the floors are salvageable.

Global Hardwood Floors put a new oak floor in my kitchen and matched it to my 75 year old oak floors in my dining room and hallway. They completely refinished and stained all the floors old and new to match. They are beautiful. All of their personnel were good to work with. They did an outstanding job.

I had Global Hardwood Floors do a refinishing on a really old original wood floor. There were spots that needed to be patched but the finished product was seamless. They did a great job, with professional service, extremely fast.

Global Hardwood has completed 2 jobs for us. The first was refinishing some 50 year old wood floors in our house. The floor turned out beautiful and we have so happy with it we asked them back to put in a new floor in our kitchen. Again, we were not disappointed. The new floor is beautiful. They paid close attention to every detail. The trim and floor vents are perfect. They work quickly and as quietly as possible. The workers don't always understand every word of English but they are friendly and hard working. We would recommend them to anyone.

Global Hardwood Floors replaced our master bedroom carpet with beautiful hard wood floors. Julie and Manuel provided excellent customer service and were flexible on scheduling. The entire team was prompt and courteous. They performed additional steps to match the existing living room hardwood floors as closely as possible. They also accommodated us by adding our bedroom closet to the project with only one day's notice. We will definitely call them again for any hardwood flooring projects. I highly recommend.

We have used Global Flooring in the past and have recommended them to all our friends. We recently used them again to install oak hardwood flooring in our kitchen to match the one in our dining room. How refreshing to find a contractor that completes a job professionally, shows up on time, sticks with a schedule and does not try to make a years income on one job. After talking with 3 wood installation companies that told me I could not do what I wanted or that the costs would be prohibited, I call Global Hardwood Floors. Manuel offered to meet with me on a Saturday afternoon (which no other company would do), assured me he could match the flooring in my living room and promptly that evening sent me a reasonable quote. They installed hardwood on two staircases in a timely and business like manner and were very clean and organized with their work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional in the trade.
