Worst customer service ever - beware! They installed cabinets in our new home and we even upgraded them. Completely falling apart after just 1 year. They won’t return calls or email. We wrote them a formal letter and they had an attorney send us a reply that they wouldn’t help. Terrible service - 0/5 star rating!

They tend to not show up for their appointments. I've been stood up twice for separate jobs. When they do show, their people are unprofessional, damage things, and do terrible quality work. I needed 2 bathroom backsplashes done. First they installed the wrong tile. Then they came to install the right tile, but it was wrong again. Then they installed the right tile, but did a terrible job (pictures attached). They guy was very rough, damaged cabinets and mirror, was swearing the entire time. Today they were supposed to install another tile, but their guy didn't show. I have asked for a total refund, since it's been such a long and terrible experience working with them.
