We hired John Jolley to get our home ready for sale. He removed an old vinyl siding. He changed a bunch of siding, replaced trim, caulked and sealed the home and painted. The project happened quickly with no problems or issues. We made a nice profit on the home. We have had John come to our new home and build shelving throughout our garage which came out very nice. On another occasion John came and spent a day doing an array small odd jobs that needed attention. His price was fair and the work was done on schedule each time.

J. Holden Construction promptly, and professionally handled an issue we had with our home inspection while in the process of selling our home. John was very helpful and informative regarding our situation. I would highly recommend J. Holden Construction company!

I would highly recommend J. Holden Construction and its owner, John Jolley, for any home improvement or repair projects you may have. On the jobs that John Jolley handled for us, they were reasonably priced and the work was successfully finished according to the schedule of completion that was promised. We found John Jolley demonstrated integrity/honesty (*later adjusting and reducing the contract price after the fact on one job for some projected work that eventually was not needed), extremely knowledgable about his craft, and very accommodating. For example, in the summer, when contractors are peaking with bigger jobs, we had a couple of small jobs that other contractors turned down flat or promised they would take, but eventually brushed off our smaller jobs after their bids on a bigger jobs were accepted. Even though his company was busy with larger jobs during this summer, John accommodated our smaller jobs into his schedule and completed them on time as promised to our complete satisfaction. Even though it can be a headache and difficult sometimes working with some contractors, it was a pleasure working with John Jolley and his crew and we would give J. Holden Construction our highest recommendation for home remodeling!

Jon is the consummate professional and completes his projects on time and budget. Jon is an excellent communicator and always kept us in the loop on all facets of our projects with Jon and his company. Really, the best contractor I've worked with over the years.

I received 5 bids for my deck project around the new pool. J. Holden was not the least expensive but was the most realistic bid for what I wanted. They helped me make the right decisions on materials and lay out. The project was started and finished on time. The crew worked well with the pool crew. The job site was cleaned on completion. After searching for a contractor who could do varied and high quality work at a fair price, we chose Jon and his team to help us with several repairs and room renovations. My wife and I have been extremely pleased with his work throughout our home. It really does seem that he can take on virtually any task we set for him.
