I have know Jim Oneal and his team of professionals for over 10 years, working along side them on many projects. They are clearly one of the areas premier builders with many satisfied clients and custom built homes to show for it. The combination of Jim Oneal's construction experience and expertise, coupled with his wife Amy's professional interior design abilities remove all question marks when considering Oneal Builders. They also have a great team of dedicated professionals in the field and the office who are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely competent in their line of work.

This is our second home with O'Neal Builders and we have been extremely pleased. The quality of home, energy efficency, unique design, attention to detail and customer service have been above and beyond anything we have ever experienced. O'Neal Builders recently completed a kitchen remodel for us. The existing sixteen year old space was completely redesigned. Through each step of the project the O'Neal team exceeded our expectations. Daily communication informed us of progress expectation and change orders were accurate and timely. The O'Neal team is extremely capable and respectful. The results are amazing! We couldn't be happier.

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience in working with O'Neal Builders as we built our dream home. They were extremely knowledgeable and courteous and helped us navigate the building experience with minimum stress. The staff was quick to answer our questions and if they were not sure of the answer they let us know they would check it out and get back to us. I don't think we ever had to wait more than 24 hours for our answer. They also became aware of our style and preferences at the beginning of the project, so they were very helpful in making suggestions throughout the entire process. Although O'Neal Builders had several construction sites in process while they built our home, they always made us feel like they were just as excited as we were to see our house progress through the different stages. It was a personal touch that we appreciated. It was also a pleasant experience to work with the vendors as we made our selections. It was clear that they had great respect for O'Neal Builders and enjoyed working with them. That in turn made our job very enjoyable. The house was completed a few months past the projected date, but that was due to our decision to make a few changes during the project. There were just too many options out there! We have and will continue to recommend O'Neal Builders.

O'Neal Builders was a pleasure to work with--from start to finish. We hired this firm to build our house and could not be happier with our choice. JIm O'Neal has assembled a wonderful staff. Jim and his staff were always available for questions and/or concerns. Craftsmanship is key with O'Neal. We were delighted to work with their designer, Amy. She led us through the maze of selection meetings so that we were never overwhelmed by the amount of choices necessary for an entire house. She helped us to stay in our budget, while offering suggestions on available options. We always appreciated her suggestions for "more affordable options" that looked fantastic. We can't wait to move into our new home!
