Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC (Keystone) is a multi-disciplined design firm headquartered in Binghamton, New York with branch offices in Cortland and Monticello, New York. Keystone was established in 1993 and has provided professional design services for a region encompassing all of Upstate New York, as well as Northeastern Pennsylvania. Over the past 20 years, we have acquired six (6) successful professional firms allowing us to expand our expertise and ability to serve clients with a broader scope of in-house services. Principal areas of practice include architecture; civil, environmental, and geotechnical engineering; and surveying. The diversity of our services allows us to complete all facets of a project using dedicated, in-house teams drawn from our staff of over 40 professionals. Having a complete design team of Architects and Engineers is a great benefit in providing design services for the diverse needs of most projects. The detailed coordination necessary between disciplines is facilitated by having all the design professionals under one roof.
