MJ Paparone Development Company is owned & operated by Michael J. Paparone, a third generation builder. Paparone has been a leader in the home building industry for South Jersey since the 1960′s. In the continued tradition of excellence, Michael brings a hands on approach to all of his homes and projects not often seen today in a company owner. His involvement first began in the family business in the late 80′s. Driven by a deep passion for home design and construction management, he developed his skills and interests with the home building industry. With his business degree from Drexel University, Michael further fine tuned his management skills & developed an eye for detail. This education, focused on Architectural Engineering & Human Resource Management, combined with his New Jersey Real Estate licensure, allowed him to move forward and gain a true understanding of housing function & customer needs. Never one to have idle time, Michael has taken great pride in serving his peers through the Builders League of South Jersey. “Being President of this organization was truly an honor”, says Michael. “It was an experience I feel fortunate to have had.” During his tenure he authored many correspondence to the membership and offered valuable insight to the local industry & his associates. “At the end of the day, what really matters is family. I intend to give our home buyers my experience & the assistance they need to make our house, their home & the perfect place for memories for years to come.” Michael follows in the footsteps of his father, uncles and cousins, and wishes to continue fulfilling the American dream and the legacy of the Paparone family.
