Pools Plus of the Carolinas

We hired Pools Plus to fix our inground pool that a previous contractor walked out on. Murray came in and gave a reasonable quote that was far better than any of his competitors. Murray and his team went above and beyond to make sure our project was completed correctly. Murray continues to answer any questions and help us with anything we need. I would definitely recommend him!

Pools Plus built us a pool we are thrilled with! It's beautiful! Start to finish we had a great relationship with Murray. Returned every phone call and when rain delayed progress he kept us informed! The best part is Pools Plus offers a 3 year warranty on his product~ Best by far on the Grand Strand! I just took a swim how refreshing!! Thanks Pools Plus for a job well done!

We hired pools plus of the Carolinas to install our pool. They promised it to be ready for memorial weekend. It was, even though there were weather setbacks. Its a great product, knowledgeable staff and quality equipment. We love and enjoy it

We also met the installer at the home show. A show is what it is. After contract signing the problems begin. Worst experience. Money is up front Damage to the yard, broken concrete driveway. Yard is horrible. Heater doesn’t work. Cleaning robot is junk. Pool deck completely out of square and had to be recut for sub to install cover, which the company wouldn’t pay and they treated a lein on us. Workers, with exception of Al, were terrible. Way of backing up truck was to go back until it hit a tree. Broke mirrors on the truck and left the mess in my parking area, which is now unusable from their damage. Buried front wheel of massive dump truck up to top fender and had to pull out with excavator. Murray could care less, he got his money and goes on vacation Doesn’t supervise jobs or care after issues. Will show past jobs but they are from years ago, nothing recent.

Have had this company contract for smaller jobs because alas can't fit a pool in my yard. However I have had a fence installed as well as patio pavers. Fairly priced and great work. Would hire again.

My wife and I went to the Pool & Spa show at the MB Conference Center and had the opportunity to speak with all of the installers at the show. It was a good education. In the end, we selected Pools Plus. As with any home improvement/construction project, there were some delays due to weather, scheduling, etc., however in the end, we are extremely happy with the results. The quality Is exceptional and the price was very competitive.
