Norm helped me with a recent bathroom renovation and he was a joy to work with! He listened to my ideas and design wishes while patiently providing his expertise and guiding me along the way. I ended up with a bathroom I LOVE filled with ideas I would have never come up with on my own. I've already booked him for my spring kitchen renovation and can't wait to work with him again. Working with Norman on our full kitchen renovation during 2020 made it the easiest and least stressful of several major projects we have undertaken over the last few years. Norman carefully observed our home decor, as well as the constraints of the space we had to work with, and truly listened to our concept of what we wanted the final result to be. His lighting plan transformed an interior kitchen that tended to be dark into a bright and inviting work space. For the most part, his suggestions for finishes and colors were right on target, and he was more than willing to work with us to get to the results we were happy with when his original suggestions did not exactly hit the mark. Norm is truly one-of-a-kind. He is SO easy to work with, and really listens to his clients (which is not always the case in the world of interior design!) He has such a warm heart, and really goes above & beyond. He did our basement and master bedroom remodels, and we could not be happier.

Norm did a fantastic job with our renovation. When it was time to make our house our dream home, he helped us renovate our entire first floor. We didn't really know what our style was until we worked with Norm, and he made sure to give us plenty of options on a spectrum of designs and cost. As we found our own style, he made his vision clear, didn't force a particular aesthetic on us but still ensured the designs were cohesive, yet left plenty of room for our own personal touches, which I greatly appreciated. With our family's chaotic schedules, he was also very flexible with his communications and meetings, which was crucial to making the renovation successful. We're now getting ready to renovate our second floor and looking forward to working with him again.

I am thrilled with the results Norman achieved in decorating my new carriage home which included the great room, master bedroom, kitchen, powder room and study. What I liked most about working with Norman is that he listened carefully to my ideas and needs, but he also gently pushed me to see new ways of doing things. He can select and display any type of decor - from exquisite works of art to taxidermy from exotic hunts. He can embellish a garage to showcase collectible cars or stock a kitchen with attributes that would be the envy of any chef. In the early stages of a project, customers are sometimes reluctant to spend the additional money for a solid remodeling plan. But when faced with decisions about everything from colors and textures to tile, carpet, window treatments, lighting fixtures, furniture and appliances, people often realize the "extra" expense of the professional design fee is money well spent. I've never worked with a customer who has been less than pleased after Norman lends his artistic expertise to the project. As one customer told me while admiring a completed extensive kitchen remodel - "We would've NEVER ended up here on our own". It was an absolute pleasure working with Norm. His knowledge of products, design, color and room balance is superior to most decorators. Specifically, Norm understood the importance of building the foundation of a versatile room for me. He appreciated the details of my project and his talent in working with antique and contemporary pieces is apparent as he can flawlessly pull a room together using both!
