My husband and I signed a contract October 2020 and it took a year (October 2021) to get it installed. We had to consistently call for updates, because if you didn't you wouldn't hear from them for weeks or months at a time. On top of that, the quality has been lacking. Not only was the attention to detail lacking in following the contract (no roof shingles, sunroom was laid lower than requested/written, windows were not wall to wall custom), but the concrete poured was cracked before the sunroom was even built. While shifting can occur, I have a driveway that was laid 5 years ago and it hasn't cracked. Regardless. I agreed with their terms with a minimal reduction in price because I was ready to be done dealing with them and I was trying to be considerate of the cost of inflation. Fast forward 9 months and my sunroom was leaking from the roof and underneath. I was able to get them to send someone out a week later after hounding them every day straight, sometimes twice a day to get a status. The leak in the roof was fixed, but the leak underneath the aluminum channel has not been fixed. I stopped calling everyday, and it is now 25 days from the second time we reported the leak (40 days from initial report) and they sent out "the roof guy" even though we said our leak was coming from underneath the channel. There was no prior heads up notice to this visit except a phone call 20 minutes prior, and they did not respect our request to have any service done before 1200 as my husband works 1230-830 and I work over the whole day. Luckily we had family in town that could handle the visit, but so far looks like they are trying to say a small piece of broken vinyl siding is the culprit which is weird since the vinyl siding was just for looks to match my house....I will keep you all posted, but beware of shady practices. I built a shed 4 years ago from scratch with no prior experience and it's not leaking...Moral of the story. If you have the time to continually follow up with them, and watch them when they build, then feel free to use them. But I cannot say I recommend them, I do enjoy my sunroom, but I would have enjoyed it better had I built it myself in a fraction of the time, cost, and to higher standards.

Hands down the best customer service I have received in Jacksonville. Not only did they deliver an outstanding quality, but they also rushed it for us so that it would be ready for our daughters birthday party. This company went far above and beyond to deliver the most professional work and service possible. The day of installation they were clean, quick, and professional. The project manager kept me in the loop and made sure I was satisfied before they packed up and left. They were even kind enough to help me arrange our patio furniture before they were on their way. If I could give them a better rating I would, and we will definitely be using and recommending them in the future!

Terrible! Have contract signed 2/7/18 for a simple stamped concrete patio. Today is 5/25 and job is STILL not complete. Patio poured, been waiting OVER a month for stamp and stain. Contractor implied Wilmington was too far of a drive from his home in Emerald Isle. WtF

We have had two very positive experiences working with this contracting company. The first was a walls under project that transformed a dated screened porch into an amazing Carolina Room adding 300 sq. feet of heated and cooled living space to our coastal home. The second was a recent exterior remodeling project that included new siding and windows. The project manager, Steven Krol was available, efficient and effective. the work happened in a timely fashion, workers were friendly, responsive, skilled and respectful. Our 1980's home looks like a new build, and our electric bill has already dropped significantly. We are considering contracting with SLB for a new metal roof. Jobs well done.
