What a great experience! We weren’t sure what to expect going into the project and Stacey and Ace helped along the way! Everything worked out so well, and we are really happy with the updated look of our staircase!

My husband and I recently installed our staircase/banister in our new home. Heritage Stairs was there for us throughout the whole process. After our first consultation and estimate came back we needed to cut down costs. Heritage Stairs helped us to choose different materials that were within our budget and that we still loved. We were able to cut our material bill in half with their guidance. They were great at helping us to work within our budget. We were unable to find a local installer that could do our job within our bank deadlines so we decided to install ourselves. Heritage Stairs spent hours with us in person and by phone helping to teach us how to install our staircase. They were so patient and thorough and professional throughout the whole process. Their knowledge and experience were invaluable to our project. We are so pleased with how it turned out. We most definitely could not have done it without their guidance. I would highly recommend their business! They are honest, knowledgeable, creative and kind.

Ace and Stacy of Heritage Stairs are professional and easy to communicate with. The project in our home consisted of replacing a large entry banister. The finished work was absolutely gorgeous and they were able to work with us to provide a good price and value for our budget. We get compliments on our banister now all the time, I would highly recommend their work.

I worked with Stacey and Heritage stairs for a clients new home. They were professional and were able to design and provide drawings based on our selections. The wood posts, hand rail, and iron balusters turned out beautiful.
