jen11k That sounds smart and looks sharp. ther than clogged drains are there disadvantages? Cost?
Smith & Vansant Architects PC Typically there isn't additional cost. We often have the ability to specify how the perimeter drains are specified and we make sure they are wrapped with filter fabric to avoid clogging. Gutters are additional cost and new models have ways to prevent clogging and snow tear-off.

Rebekah Zaveloff | KitchenLab The countertops look like either a solid surface material like Caesarstone or possible Botticino marble. (I'm leaning toward the latter). The cabinets look like a classic ivory on maple - most cabinet companies have their own standard white.

Smith & Vansant Architects PC Well, the treads you see in this image are 4' - 10" wide but this is a stair tower with the width tapering as you ascend. Since these are on the main floor landing they were designed to be larger and more inviting.
Dina Patel Thank you so much. So these 6-7 steps we see here are 4 - 10" and then do you know what you tapered it down to? Are the stairs on the left that descend down also 4 - 10 in the first set? Thanks again!
