I was very pleased with the result of my bathroom remodel. Originally the tech didn't install the leveling legs on the vanity, but the company sent the tech back out to do the de/re at no charge. My rep Scott Langlais was super. He was very patient with me. Overall great job and done very quickly. I would recommend this company.

The job took over TWICE the time estimated costing tens of thousands of lost dollars. Workers never showed up for days. Communication was poor. The Project Manager rarely had a good answer for anything. Subs had minimal guidance from him. Their subs were LOW quality, cheap workers and very slow. Good for them, bad for you. At the end, refused to do warranty work for poor quality of work the subs did. I'm sure I will have hidden problems for the work they did for years. I already do! Good sales pitch as they throw credentials at you.....but poor performance.

The end product looks very nice..but they were extremely slow. . Some of the subcontractors they used caused problems and then they were reluctant to have them redone..though they eventually did. I did not believe they had my best interests at heart. There was a great deal of confusion over the pool remodel though it did eventually turn out very nice. The person who did the most inside our home was extremely pleasant and a skilled worker. I did feel like they did a bait and switch..telling me all they could do and then giving me a scope that did not include these things..though I realize I should have paid more attention to the scope..which they gave me after we agreed they would do the work. I would not use them again nor recommend them.
