I ordered two bedroom sets and could not be happier. The furniture is high quality and the wood stain that Anne recommended looks fantastic. Their customer service is superb and I highly recommend Urban Woods to anyone looking for high quality, non-toxic wood furniture.

Don't let these few positive reviews fool you. Sadly, I have to do this as this company left me no choice. This is not what I like to do, but people need to be careful. I hired them to customize 3 bedroom sets for my home with plans to do much more. At first they were super nice. Each one of the sets had issues and I was patient and kind in dealing with them to try and solve them. One canopy bed was done so poorly that a huge pole came flying down the day it was delivered and missed my little girl by about one inch, no exaggeration, right in front of the delivery crew. They got scared and worried and took it back to redo it. Left me without a bed for weeks. Since then the one they redid cracked and split, aside from the fact it was ugly and they said to make it safe they had no choice, then the canopy broke entirely almost injuring us. My kids bed sets turned yellow and cracked/ split. All the night Stands drawers don't work. They used cheap hardware. With all this they have not returned my texts/calls/ emails and I will be pursuing this another way. Very sad they chose to be dishonest, but even worse careless about other people's safety. Please think long and hard before working with them.

Eco-friendly non-toxic furniture greatly appealed to my wife and I, so we purchased a king size Wilshire bed with two matching nightstands in a rustic raw finish.The old-growth timber is beautiful, but we won't be buying any more furniture from Urban Woods. Both the bed and one of the nightstands arrived with an obvious sharp nail sticking out, showing a lack of quality control, which we initially put down to the possible turmoil Covid was causing at the time. After much emailing with Anne, we decided to limit the hassle this was causing by only replacing the nightstand. Anne very kindly arranged to come over on Thursday August 20th after work with a couple of replacement nightstands for us to choose from. We waited in all night but Anne never turned up, or even bothered to email/call/text. In fact, we never heard from the company again which is nothing short of appalling. I guess once they have your money they really don't care. Maybe we should have seen the red flags? After hearing of the sharp nails sticking out, Anne replied '' In the event it is on the underside of a side rail or foot board or back side of headboard it is totally okay.''. Not exactly what you'd expect from any company that has any pride in their own products. Your experience may vary, but for us it was a huge disappointment and enough of a reason not to go back.

Urban Woods is absolutely fantastic! We purchased a king size bed and now ordered custom nightstands. Anne is so easy to work with, has great suggestions and was able to accommodate my exact needs. It couldn't be better that they us, reclaimed, sustainable wood. We couldn't be happier with the service and the quality. I can't wait until they furnish the rest of the house.

I purchased a Savvy Rest mattress from Urban Woods. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Reasonable prices. I would definitely hire them.

This very small operation is cleverly deceptive. Be careful - price is indicative of terrible customer service, lack of response and poor quality.

Anne with Urban Woods is great! She made our buying and customizing process of our bedroom furniture so pleasant. We love all the pieces we purchased and its all very high quality. In addition to what is pictured we also purchased a dresser.

Urban Woods is a great company that produces high quality work ! They are wonderful to work with and their attention to detail is fantastic.

Urban Woods fabricated a custom designed wood table with a steel base. The reclaimed fir tabletop with whitewash stain came out beautiful - and the steel base required lots of cutting and welding that were crafted and finished as well as could be imagined. A couple of spots on the tabletop finish had some minor imperfections that had settled in - I only noticed them after a couple weeks. Trevor promptly sent some additional finish so I could do a simple home repair to fix. Overall working with was a rewarding experience that I hope to repeat.
