They have the most confusing and hard to navigate website. And unfortunately everything from quoting to ordering is done through the website. No one in customer service was able to help, they just tranfered me to department after department. I finally gave up and sent my drawing to someone local for quoting.

We were really surprised when we received our cabinets. There were a couple that were damaged, a few marks on the drawers. Also a drop of paint that was stuck on a drawer. We had to carefully scrape off. Overall they are very pretty cabinets, I think everyone the people who made them saw their mistakes, didn't care and shipped them off. We even had to get new hardware for one of the drawers.

My expereince with this company was terrible, they sent me cabinets that were damaged and incomplete in both paint and drawer hardware. I ordered shakers and what came was almost all flat panels.

I would not recommend Wolf cabinets to anyone. These are literally the worst cabinets, paint chips on face of cabinet draw and wood cracked and glue back together. There are definitely poor quality issues with this company. Obviously they are not concerned with selling bad product. DON'T BUY! You will regret like me.

Their cabinets are not good quality. All of my cabinet doors have visible seam lines. They do not stand behind the products. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Cabinets came broken and waited another 6 Months. Quality seems inferior to our other houses. They forgot some cabinets and came wrong size. We ordered a year in advance was not a supply chain issue. Just shoddy.

Only 1 star bc I can’t submit a negative number. Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering!!! The worst quality product I’ve ever experienced. This is our 2nd kitchen renovation. We’ve use Cabinets to Go in the past. Chose Wolfe bc they are manufactured in the US& we hoped to avoid delays in shipping. Not ONE cabinet arrived in good condition!! Paint finish issues, gaps in the seams, boxes not aligned. We’ve been without a kitchen since Memorial Day. Still waiting for the manufacturer to make this right. Stay away from Wolfe. Seek our site built cabinets. You’ll save time and aggravation.

I have just gotten my shipment of Wolf Classic Cabinets I ordered through Bellvue Builders in Rotterdam, NY. To say they're disappointing and poor quality is an understatement.
I am told I am unable to have a refund, only replacement. I spent over 9k in cabinets for a 9x10 kitchen. There isn't a single cabinet free from damage. Even the shipping is a thin bit of cardboard - no other protection. Chipped paint, cracks, orange peel finish, not sqaure, and so poorly put together my 24 deep cabinets are 24 on one side and 24.5 on the other.
I just want a refund so I can move on. If I. Would upload pictures I would. They're horrifyingly bad. Not even bothering to install them. Going to contact the BBB and hope I can just get a refund. Do not purchase.

Undoubtedly the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen. I ordered $12,000 worth of kitchen cabinets and received what any other cabinet maker would reject and refuse to sell. The boxes are actually falling apart. Fronts are cracked almost all the way thru to the paint. Sadly I can not ad the pictures. I have rejected these, and the company wants to charge me a restocking fee of $3500 for their choice to deliver poor quality and broken cabinets. I will be having my attorney handle this as it is unacceptable. Please please don’t buy their cabinets!!!

I have had a very poor experience with Wolf Cabinets. I have not even moved into my new house. I am still seeking resolution through my contractor, but that seems unlikely.
The main issues are related to paint, but in general you can tell the quality is low. Some examples.
1. Poor paint quality everywhere.
2. Refrigerator end panel very poor paint and defects, even some crazing.
3. Pantry end panel major defects.
4. Island end panel painted over major defects.
5. Crown molding very thin paint and bare wood. Needs replaced but unlikely.
6. Many door defects ranging from gouges, poor and thin paint, etc.
These are even their top of the line Wolf Designer. Don't let anyone try to convince you they are good quality they are not. My builder mainly makes excuses for them.
Even beyond the issues above you can just tell they are cheap quality.
Stick with a better quality brand that stands behind their product, Omega is my recommendation. I put in our current kitchen 7 years ago and it still looks like new. I can tell I will be tearing these out in not the so distant future.

Product Experience is very bad here, I'm seeing cracks in the paint and chips almost everywhere. I contacted them back in 2018 when the cabinets were still in warranty. I was contacted by a rep who provided me with a repair kit. I was able to repair some of them but it slowly got worse and worse. Now I have one that just looks terrible because it's had to be patched 20+ times.
I contacted them again to see if there was anything they could do but they asked that I contact a dealer to purchase new doors. Spending that much on cabinetry just to be told you have to re-buy new ones is not a great customer experience.
Yes, these are now older cabinets (total 7 years) but this issue occurred a few (2-3) years after normal use.

I started a major kitchen remodel in January. I hired a contractor who suggested a local representative for Wolf Cabinets. I selected a cabinet style with chocolate glaze. The sample appeared perfect. After design approval the cabinets were ordered and delivered the middle of April. This is when the problems begin. The company sent 2 wrong cabinets and some of the doors were not acceptable: the glaze was not consistent plus blemishes or scratches. Shipment #2 arrived early July and were worse than the original doors (very sloppy). I requested a company representative to inspect the inferior quality but no one was available. At this point I requested cabinet doors without glaze. Shipment #3 arrived the middle of August. Over half the doors were not acceptable because of visible joints. The local representative ordered some replacements. Shipment #4 arrived the middle of October. This time the doors looked perfect; however, they did not match the color of the Shipment #3 doors. VERY frustrated, I had the original doors put back on. I was done messing with these people. Wolf cabinets are the worst quality for the price I paid. They don't even want the unused doors returned, so I have a garage full of boxes. BEWARE!
