This were planted from seed. We build the trellis on day by day basis. I now can see we will have a crop soon but I wish there were more flowers.

I agree. The problem is that everyone gives you growing instructions for their area...not relevant to every reader - with weather and recommended varieties different for every location. I use Growmigo, they're pretty much the only ones who localize the information. General frost zones didn't really work for me...

Also, planting basil around will help discourage hornworms.
