Transitional living room photo in Hertfordshire

This is a contemporary living room in Las Vegas and a project that I worked on while with my previous employer. I was the Design Lead and Project Manager for this urban, sophisticated space.

Although Gayle's favorite summertime spot is in the back sun porch, it is the living room that gets her vote throughout the cold months, thanks to the wood-burning fireplace. "Need I say more?!", she jokes. The feeling of the space is akin to an elegant lodge, with a cut stone hearth and plenty of wood. The existing 3000 square foot colonial home was expanded to more than double its original size. The end result was an open floor plan with high ceilings, perfect for entertaining, bathroom for every bedroom, closet space, mudroom, and unique details ~ all of which were high priorities for the homeowner.
