We were very pleased with the entire process and with the way the finished product turned out. Dave was involved every step of the way; helping us select a lot and design the house to putting on the finishing touches. He also ensured the project was completed by our deadline and within our budget. In my opinion, the thing that separates Dave (and his team of professionals) from other contractors in the area is the quality of work and the attention to detail. “Great company, they know what they are doing and do it right, GREAT job. They custom made a front door that no one else could do. Price was fair. The people who do the work, work for the company. They are not subcontracted. Family business around for many many years. They clean up after they are done and make sure you are completely satisfied. I would use them again if I needed a job done. “Silver Creek Construction came out to my house in New Liberty Iowa to repair some water damage. Its an old farm house and years of neglect had left its exterior cedar siding in disrepair. Josh did an exellent job. He was here on time and each day I could clearly see progress. He was able to source exactly the right replacement lumber. When the job called for more reapirs in some places he made sure he contacted me first to make sure I was aware what had to be done and why. I liked him and his professionalism so much that I immediately referred him to my mother. He consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that his work will stand the test of time.
