“I inherited a home that was in major disrepair. I hired CS Construction to do a complete remodel of the interior of this home. This included demolition, new ceilings, new recessed lighting in all rooms, new kitchen, flooring, baseboards, painting, new lighting in garage, new interior doors and hardware, new bathrooms, new entry doors. CS Construction gave me a construction timeline and kept to it. Construction started in February and all was completed in May. The final outcome of this house was outstanding. It is a new house inside because everything was replaced. It was easy to communicate with CS Construction for questions and their response time was quick. “We hired Optima Construction to help us get our house on the market to sell and do all those things we wish we would have done over the years. hey helped us pick out and replace the kitchen cabinet doors, fix drywall hole in the ceiling in garage, re-stucco the fence, and fix a crack in our chimney. They even went through the house and recommended taking down some old speaker attachments that honestly we lived with so long, I forgot they were there. It was nice to have a second set of eyes looking through the house to see what we needed to fix to increase the value of our house. All the staff who came out were extremely professional and respectful as we have three people working from home these days. They arrived the day/time we were told and their workmanship was impeccable. Stephen and Brandon were either on site or checking in with us after each phase was completed. I would highly recommend using them for any home repair/remodeling project.”
