“My husband is a structural engineer and I'm an artist and when we purchased our own "fixer" in a great neighborhood, we were prepared for a lot of unexpected things, but not completely. We were faced with a home that needed plumbing, electrical, HVAC, window issues, a kitchen gut, master bathroom gut as well as general updating and decor. We were given Tim Reid GC number among others and found our salvation. Tim is thorough, professional and a perfectionist. He vetted our sub-contractors and put together a team that was A-1. “The Gossage Group Inc. was referred to me by friends who remodeled their home and were pleased with the results. I purchased a fixer upper in Heritage Ranch, Paso Robles and hired the Gossage Group Inc. to do the remodel. The day escrow closed they began the project. The Gossage Group did a complete remodel.
