“Matt Hanes and his son Dave did a terrific job on our remodel of a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in Silverado. Both men were a pleasure to work with. Matt handles the overall supervision of the work and Dave pays close attention to every detail of the project. In addition, Dave is a highly skilled cabinet maker and finish carpenter. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets were fully custom and beautifully made...and a very fair price. We were also very pleased with their internal team and the subs with whom they have relationships. On many occasions during the course of our project, both Matt and Dave provided valuable input into the structural and well as the esthetic design elements. The finished product was greatly enhanced as a result of their suggestions. Because we live in the East Bay we were not able to closely supervise their work but every stage was completed on time (or very nearly so), and the quality of their work was exceptional. And (importantly) there were no cost overruns and no billing surprises!”

“I met Tito is 2013 when looking to purchase our home. My Real Estate agent called Tito while I considered submitting an offer on the property, which relied on our ability to flip a 375 square foot unit into a studio. Tito showed up on the spot, followed-up with a quote and had the studio move-in ready in 6 weeks. Fast forward to 2020, he's also remodeled our kitchen, master bathroom, deck, built a storage unit under my deck, removed a fire place from the living room, painted many interiors rooms of the house, including the full exterior and now a garage remodel. I always thought Roja Construction would return to remodel my 2nd bathroom next, but shelter in place changed that as we looked for more space to work from home. I called Tito on a whim, thinking this project might be too small for him. He showed up the next day, provided a quote a few days, and started soon after. He told us two weeks for garage remodel and the project only went over two additional days for final touches. T”

“We couldn’t be happier with the results of the work and can’t express our gratitude enough to Greg and his team. The bathroom, which was completely remodeled, is not only beautiful but very functional, with much more storage space all within the same footprint. There were also significant changes made in the kitchen, front entry and laundry room areas. Thanks to Greg we can honestly say that the twelve weeks in total it took to complete the work on these different projects was a very pleasant experience and not the headache most of us come to expect with remodeling/construction projects. We were prepared to have white dust covering everything throughout the house. There was none. Greg and his crew made sure that everything was completely sealed off before each project was started. He presented us with time lines at the beginning of each project and updated them as necessary. However there was little to update as Greg had everything so well orchestrated with his crew and sub-contractors that there were no significant deviations from the original time lines. Greg is hard working, considerate and very conscientious; a work ethic extending to his crew and the subs. Greg strives for perfection and expects the same from everyone who works with him. And they deliver. It is clear that Greg is well respected and liked because we heard more than once how everyone really enjoys working with him and they were happy. There was always a very positive, comfortable feeling having the workers around the house. Everyone was very respectful of us and our home, and considerate of any inconvenience they might be causing. Our comfort was of utmost concern, as was our constant feedback about the details of the projects. Even when Greg was not physically on site, we knew he was no more than a phone call or text away. Everyone worked together so seamlessly that if there were any problems they were quickly resolved.
