“As a property owner in the Pacific Heights area of San Francisco, I engaged the services of Wolk Development, to renovate a home we were planning to sell. Brian prepared a proposal which looked fantastic and we decided to go with it. Brian personally handled every aspect of the project with his excellent team. Most importantly, in our case, we needed a very (seemingly impossible) turnaround, so that the property could be put on the market at the optimum time. “We couldn’t be happier with the results of the work and can’t express our gratitude enough to Greg and his team. The bathroom, which was completely remodeled, is not only beautiful but very functional, with much more storage space all within the same footprint. There were also significant changes made in the kitchen, front entry and laundry room areas. Thanks to Greg we can honestly say that the twelve weeks in total it took to complete the work on these different projects was a very pleasant experience and not the headache most of us come to expect with remodeling/construction projects. We were prepared to have white dust covering everything throughout the house. There was none. Greg and his crew made sure that everything was completely sealed off before each project was started. He presented us with time lines at the beginning of each project and updated them as necessary. However there was little to update as Greg had everything so well orchestrated with his crew and sub-contractors that there were no significant deviations from the original time lines. Greg is hard working, considerate and very conscientious; a work ethic extending to his crew and the subs. Greg strives for perfection and expects the same from everyone who works with him. And they deliver. It is clear that Greg is well respected and liked because we heard more than once how everyone really enjoys working with him and they were happy. There was always a very positive, comfortable feeling having the workers around the house. Everyone was very respectful of us and our home, and considerate of any inconvenience they might be causing. “Bill Tomrose and his entire staff, architech, contractors and suppliers were extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced, dedicated, detailed and very friendly men and women to work with, throughout the 9 months of our kitchen, dining room, family room and downstairs guest bathroom! The end results are way beyond what we could have dreamed!! Bill and everyone kept us very informed and on budget through evey detail. While doing this work they did other electrical work needed in my aging home, including upgrading the circuit breakers. The quality of work on the deck was excellent. The advice and suggestions for electrical connections and made access to electricity around the deck (backyard) easy. Great work! When Dominic said that he and his crew would be there, they were.
