“Wayne and Julie were wonderful to work with. We did a kitchen remodel. They really listened to what we were looking for, gave us great ideas that we hadn’t thought of and made multiple visits to our house to check on the work being done. We were always kept aware of the schedule, any changes to it and what to expect next. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed and our satisfaction met. “This was our first time purchasing a new home and Hebert Homes was an amazing company to work with! After consultation with Nikki, we decided that we would build a new home. It was great to work with a professional who really took the time to understand my family and what we were looking for long term. I felt like we couldn't have gone wrong either way as their model homes were outstanding but we lucked out with our dream lot :) Nikki helped guide us through every step in the decision making process and ensured that we knew what was going on the whole time. They take pride in their work and you can tell in the final product. I have friends that have decided to go with other "large" building corporations and their experience hasn't been near the concierge experience my family had with Hebert Homes. They aren't building 300 homes a year so they have the time to help you and make you feel important. Hebert Homes provides a true costume home built with love. “Iron River was my construction company for the remodeling of my kitchen. This project included opening up a load bearing wall and closing the former entry into the kitchen and then they worked from a completely gutten kitchen to the fabulous kitchen I ended up with - the only thing that did not need to be replaced was the floor. Rick Tollerud was our project manager and I was very impressed with Rick's attention to detail and his excellent communication skills. Everyone that had a hand in our kitchen did an outstanding job and we absolutely love the finished product! I would highly recommend Iron River Construction Company and actually already have! My neighbor is now using their services as a result on her kitchen remodel!”

“My husband and I hired Woodstone to do an entire home renovation on our 1936 tutor home. We did it in two consecutive phases, allowing us to live in the home the entire time. Tim Oskey was available literally 24/7. He is meticulous in every detail. Our project was completed on time and within budget. It has been two years since our remodel was completed, and I still call him if I need anything done or ever have a question about something. I highly recommend Woodstone, and would use them again in a second!”

“We hired Steve to finish our basement and it turned out great. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and he was always willing to listen and answer questions. He also brought a lot of ideas for the project, including great ideas for a rustic bathroom, unique tile floors and shower and hidden crawlspace access. He also built a removable stairway railing that will make moving furniture into the basement very easy. We really wanted to utilize all of the space in the basement and Steve helped us create storage areas to maximize the finished area. Steve was great to work with and we are very happy with the basement.”

“Ron Ungerman, owner of Ungerman Construction has performed many jobs for me in the last 25 years, I will not have any other company come into my house to perform any work. His employees are the most knowledgeable, neat in their work, always punctual to show up at the set time....While I lived in my old house (40 years) they did remodeling and when I put the house on the market UC did all the repairs necessary... When I purchased my Edina condo in 2007 UC did a complete remodel replacing all flooring, total kitchen and bathrooms, closets and laundry room as well as painting the whole unit. Four years ago I contacted them again as there was a leak from the upstairs unit and I had a flood in one bedroom and closet--within the hour from when I called, I had two guys show up with huge fans to dry up the areas of the damage and had those fans run for days until everything was dry and the damage was repaired and painted. I have recommended them thru the years to all members of my immediate family for very extensive remodeling and repairs with complete satisfaction and reasonable pricing....These are the reasons why I am giving them a 5 stars rating !!!!! I wish I would have photos but I am a "klotz" with a camera in my hands.... Sincerely, Dalia Katz”
