“Steve Tatios from tatcor.com is first of all a gentleman who spent hours discussing my project before I even hired him. His ideas and dedication to detail was what I was looking for. In addition, I needed someone to design, draw and then take the project to completion. The work was outstanding in quality and detail. Anything we wanted to change or tweak, he was more than willing to do. The final project gets the "oohs and aahs" from friends one would hope for and our new basement is now the most fun and inviting part of the house. Multiple parts of the project were somewhat "out of the box" and Steve took to researching and handling the project. I highly recommend Tatcor.com. It is like a gourmet meal. “There isn't enough space here to tell you how happy we are with the professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to stand by their work and easy-to-work with qualities of Hazley Builders. This is a father and sons business and Mike Hazley Sr. believes keeping customers happy, even after they have completed the job, sets them apart from other contractors. He is right about that.
They constructed a new addition for us that is handicap accessible (new sitting room, bathroom, dressing room and closet) and it is beautiful. They went the extra mile with so many things, like reinforced beams, extra insulation, etc. When we had a problem with the new toilet about 6 months after the renovation was completed, Mike's crew was here to solve the problem, which was a manufacturer's flaw.
His workers were careful about heeling in bushes and other plants that I wanted to preserve which they had to dig up to pour a new foundation for the addition. They replanted them once construction was done and everything lived and is thriving.
I could go on and on. My best recommendation is the number of times I have recommended Hazley Builders to friends, relatives and acquaintances.”
